I'm 17 !

Another year is coming...
17 year that means soon being major, a car, studies, responsabilities, etc. Ok, I know for the moment I'm still at home but with my new (and first) watercolor palet I probably can travel in my own wolds...
(Yes, I still have to try painting with watercolor before thinking having paintings .... presentable !?)

So I may sink to my room and stay locked up there for few days...

Une autre année arrive...
17 ans ça veut dire être bientôt majeur, une voiture, les études, des responsabilités, etc. Ok, je sais que pour le moment je suis encore chez moi mais avec ma nouvelle (et première) palette d'aquarelle je vais probablement pouvoir voyager dans mes univers...
(Oui, je dois encore essayer de peindre à l'aquarelle avant de penser à avoir des peintures... montrables !?)

Donc je vais sûrement foncer dans ma chambre et y rester enfermée pour plusieurs jours...

Hey, thanks for your compliment.
And I have to say, when I was at your age, I would never have expected that I would do this kinds of paintings once.
I started with acrylics at the age of 21 and my first painting didn´t really look that good...

Your paintings/drawings are much better than the ones I did when I was 16! So keep on painting and you might be a great artist once....

Yes, of course I know Apocalyptica

my favourite album of them is "reflections" because of it´s great diversity of styles. I also think that on that album the contrast of heavyness/aggression and the calm and melancholic moments is the biggest (and I love contrasts).
As I said once, keep on painting and develloping your technique, this is the way I became a quite good artist (but I still have to learn a lot - the better you get, the higher become your expectations to your own abillities in painting)

Yes, and I find it interresting, especially when you talk about your steps in painting. Moreover, you have a beautiful galery.
Do you know Apocalyptica ? (probably that yes...because I know they have played in Germany). I find what they do with cellos fabulous ! (I 've looked at your favourite music artists list)
